RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE EXHIBITOR
Photos or sketches of the final exhibit must be submitted at least three weeks prior to the show for review.
All works must be ready for exhibit prior to installation. Two-dimensional works must be framed, complete with appropriate hangers. Two-dimensional fiber works must be fitted with a suspension bar.
Signage (posters as well as signs on individual pieces), textual information explaining about the pieces on exhibit and an artist's biography and guest/comments book are also recommended. The exhibitor is responsible for ordering and installation of lettering on the glass wall.
Repair of any damage to Gallery, storage room, or hall, or loss of keys, tools, equipment, or pedestals during installation, de-installation, and the duration of the exhibit beyond normal wear and tear will be billed to the exhibitor
Changes to installation and de-installation dates must be made at least one week prior to the installation. Failure to notify the Gallery Coordinator will result in a $25.00 penalty.

Exhibitors must use the Gallery hanging system. Exhibitors are not allowed to use nails, screws, tape or tacks on the walls or pillars. Marking on the walls, brick, or glass surfaces with pencils, markers, or pens is prohibited.
Exhibits may not contain open flames, liquids, material that creates health hazards, or hazardous/flammable materials. If the works include sound, the volume must be sensitive to uses of surrounding areas. Nothing except power cords and network connections may be inserted into the floor.
Requests to have the glass door wall opened must be made at least 48 hours in advance and is subject to staff availability. The doors are susceptible to damage and may not be opened or closed by the exhibitor.
Arrangements for catering, rental and setup of equipment, and cleanup are made through the user's choice of caterer. There is a $25.00 cleanup fee plus $25.00/hour should extra cleaning be needed.
For room access, staff at the 1st floor Information Desk can lend the key after confirming the reservation. Signout of the key will require a Driver's License, held until the key is returned. Lost keys will result in replacement and rekeying costs.
