APPLICATION AND SCHEDULING

Availability of the Gallery can be determined by contacting the Duderstadt Center Scheduling Office at (734) 763-0606 or email dc-scheduling@umich.edu. Requests for use of the Gallery for a reception or meal can be approved by the Gallery Coordinator, unless conflicts arise that need negotiation with various parties

Those wishing to exhibit in the Gallery must submit an application including a description of the exhibition, with installation/de-installation dates, detailed floor/wall plans and photographic prints or slides of the material to be exhibited, at least six weeks in advance of the event. The exhibitor will also be asked to include a resume/biography and textual information about the works to be exhibited. Requests will be reviewed, with response expected typically within a week. In all cases, we will try to coordinate scheduling to assure maximum accessibility for those who request use.
