How To Print Posters from a PC

We have greatly simplified the process for printing posters -- in fact, here is all you need to do:

1) From any PC in GroundWorks, open your file in the application you used to create your poster.

2) From the File menu, select Print...

3) Make sure that \\addc-postershop\HP DesignJet 5500PS" is selected as the printer, and press the Print button.

4) Let the consultant know you've sent a print to the server, and the consultant will give you a chance to preview your poster before it is sent to the printer.
