EQUIPMENT LOANS


The Art, Architecture & Engineering Library Reserves Desk offers various items for checkout, including Wacom graphics pens, ethernet cables, headphones, slide and negative carriers.

Additional items are available for credit class use at the request of the instructor. Equipment available for checkout includes:

    VIDEO CAMERA KIT
  • Canon Vixia HF M400 camera with 2 batteries, wide angle lens, 16GB flash memory card, A/C power
  • Sennheiser wireless microphone with lavalier mic, 2 transmitters, 1 receiver, Shure 58 handheld mic (requires up to 6 AA batteries, NOT included)
  • Accessories include, beachtek microphone adapter, bubble level, lens cloth, manuals, headphones, XLR cable
    STILL CAMERA KIT
  • Canon Rebel T3i Digital SLR camera with 2 lenses (50mm and 18-135mm), 2 batteries, 16GB flash memory card, battery charger
  • Sennheiser wireless microphone with lavalier mic, 2 transmitters, 1 receiver, Shure 58 handheld mic (requires up to 6 AA batteries, NOT included)
  • Zoom H2 audio recorder with 8GB flash memory card, windscreen, stand, USB cable, power supply (also can use 2AA batteries NOT included)
  • Accessories include, beachtek microphone adapter, bubble level, lens cloth, manuals, headphones, XLR cable

  • Manfroto 7301YB with bag and mounting plate
    LIGHT KIT
  • Lowel Rifa eX44 kit with stand, power cord, diffusion

FACULTY: Send a request e-mail to Duderstadt-Checkout@umich.edu and request to be added to the Duderstadt Checkout CTools page. Once added, you will be able to log-in and add a student or an entire class roster to the checkout list.

STUDENTS: To gain access to the equipment at the Duderstadt Checkout, please ask the faculty member from the class you are participating in to send a request e-mail to Duderstadt-Checkout@umich.edu to be added to the Duderstadt Checkout CTools page.

Because of the high demand for resources and the broad user base we support, we can offer no guarantee that a specific camera will be available.
