Description of Event (a few sentences for publicity purposes)

 

Please send a detailed proposal and floor plan of how the event tables and chairs will be setup. Be as specific as possible (including special installation requirements, technological equipment, etc.).
 

Please note: The event organizer is ultimately responsible for supplying all tables and chairs needed for the event. Also, large events serving food will be required to obtain a work order from Building Services for extra custodial service. The Duderstadt Center charges a $25.00 clean up fee for events with food served if no other arrangement for custodial service is made.

 

We hold the right to refuse permission to use the Atrium, Connector Hall, Portico or CCA if the event is deemed inappropriate for whatever reason to the goals of the Duderstadt Center.
