*Audio conferencing requires the use of a long distance telephone charge card. User must bring a card number. UM units should apply to ITCOM Telephone Services for a card.
**User initiating a domestic or international long distance call from this site is responsible for the line charges incurred. Line charges do not apply when the call is initiated by the other site. Bridged calls linking more than three sites that initiate from this site must be arranged by and billed directly to primary reservation contact person.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Technical support for use of videoconferencing is available between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, or 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Friday during the Fall and Winter terms. Hours during the Spring and Summer terms are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. Technical support for videoconferencing outside of these times may be arranged in advance and is charged at the rate of $25.00/hour.
