POLICY FOR USE
The room is to be used for teleconferencing and
computer presentations and classes. It is not for use as a "standard" meeting
or classroom.
If any food or drink is served in the rooms, there is a $25 cleanup fee, which
covers normal wear and tear on the room. The user is expected to leave the room
in good condition for the next use, including clearing away dishes, containers,
leftovers, etc. A determination will be made by Duderstadt Center staff on the
need for cleanup beyond that normally provided. A fee of $25 per hour will be
charged for any additional cleanup. No open flames are permitted. Serving of
alcohol by University-sponsored groups is governed by University policy. Because
of liability concerns, non-University groups may not serve alcohol.
