Reservations must be made 48 hours in advance if any setup is required. Requests
for setup made less than 48 hours in advance will be accommodated if possible,
but not guaranteed. No staff support is currently available on weekends.
For room access, the staff at the 1st floor Information Desk can lend the key
after confirming the reservation. Signout of the key will require a Driver's
License, which is held until the key is returned. Lost keys will result in replacement
and rekeying costs.
We do not arrange for coffee or catering. Patrons may call University Catering
at 764-2142, or other catering service.
