The Duderstadt Center (DC) website has launched a new live chat service you can access from any page on our site. It’s both the easiest way to get help and it will connect you with a member of the Digital Media Commons (DMC) staff specific to specialized resources.

Look for the Live Chat button in the lower right of your device display. The button floats above screen content as you scroll.

The Live Chat button will be displayed whenever DMC staff are available. If you see the button, we are here to field your inquiries. At this time, subject matter experts will be online during business hours, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

To connect with a DMC staff member who is a specialist in your area of interest, select a resource from the pulldown menu: “Where should we direct your question?” If you have broader questions about the Duderstadt Center pick “General’.

CAEN and the AAEL (Art, Architecture, and Engineering Library) also have dedicated chat services.

Don’t forget, there are many other in-person and online Help resources provided by partners in the DC; see the “Help Quick Guide
