Over the summer, the Duderstadt Center has been busy upgrading spaces, equipment, and technology throughout the building. The Gallery received a new sound system with an iPad controller, while the Video and Audio Studios added a DJI Ronin 2 Gimbal Kit and a Nord keyboard/synthesizer. Design Lab 1 now features an industrial-grade sewing machine, and the Fabrication Underground has added a Prusa XL to its 3D printing services.
More upgrades are available across the building: NCTC has added Sony A7C camera kits with additional lenses to its checkout collection; the Visualization Studio received new workstations and expanded lecture-capture capabilities; and MIDEN has been equipped with a new control PC.
We’re excited to put these new tools in your hands this fall and see what you create!
