CCA Gallery
The CCA Gallery, launched in the Fall of 2022, is located in the Central Collaboration Area of the Duderstadt Center and provides a space for emerging student artists to show their artwork.
Hours: The student gallery is open whenever the building is open, currently 24/7

There are currently no exhibits in the CCA Gallery.
Exhibition Request
CCA Gallery is open to U-M students to display their artwork. Others are welcomed too when the gallery is not reserved for a student exhibition. To request the space, please fill out the CCA Gallery Request Form. Our team will reach out to you as soon as possible.
Helpful Information
Please review the information below as you prepare for your exhibition to help ensure a smooth and successful experience.
- 2-D work
- 3-D, digital, and time-based pieces will be considered on a case-to-case basis.
- Exhibition space
- Set up and take-down of all artwork
- Track & rod system and hardware to hang 2D artwork (both framed and unframed)
- Promotion of shows on the DC website
- Use of the CCA space (when available) for programming and events related to the exhibit
- Art supplies or printing materials
- Mats
- Frames
- Transportation of artwork to and from the Duderstadt Center
- Storage of artwork before and after shows
- Catering or speaker honorariums for exhibit openings or other events/programming related to the exhibit
- Security, or insurance for artwork displayed in our public space that is open 24/7 [artists willingly accept the risk of damage or theft]
Note: Work should be ready to hang, exhibitors should not expect us to provide mats and frames or printing services.
For those who cannot easily access or afford the necessary materials, we encourage reusing and recycling old materials, as well as student-to-student mutual aid practices. We will do our best to provide referrals to organizations that may be able to provide low- or no-cost materials for finishing and preparing art for hanging.
