Working with Us

The Video Studio is a shared resource available to students, faculty, staff, and departments across the University of Michigan. Whether you’re producing a portfolio piece, promotional video, instructional content, research materials, class projects, or content for public distribution, our team is here to help bring your vision to life.

Because studio availability fills quickly, we encourage you to submit proposals as early as possible. Available dates can be found on the calendar below.

Most accepted projects are scheduled in five-day blocks, Monday through Friday. However, we also welcome larger productions that require multiple weeks, as well as smaller projects that can be completed in fewer days.

Please note: The Video Studio does not operate on weekends. Projects requiring weekend production may still be submitted, but weekend scheduling constraints may affect project acceptance.

Note: You must be logged into a University of Michigan Google account in order to view the scheduling calendar.
