Presentation Room 1180 offers the capability to stream meetings, presentations, and events. Lecture recording is also supported by CAEN lecture capture.
The Presentation Room is an 1,800-square-foot room with classroom style seating for up to 34 people and features four displays: two large rear-projection screens and two 70-inch LCD displays. The displays in the room are connected to an ITS Zoom Room System. Zoom Rooms are a software-based conference room system that provides a streamlined experience for audio conferencing, screen sharing, and video conferencing using the Zoom platform.
Lecture recording services are also available in the room, provided by CAEN. For audio, the room is equipped with lapel, handheld, and desk-mounted gooseneck microphones as well as ceiling-mounted speakers for sound reinforcement. Please note that the room is no longer equipped with an in-room computer. An HDMI connection is available for you to connect your own device to the presentation system. This space also includes a foyer, a coat room, a small catering kitchen, and an all gender restroom.
